16 March Madness Food Deals You Can Score Right Now


March Madness has arrived! And along with it, a slew of March Madness-themed food deals at some of the most popular restaurants across the country. Here’s a roundup of some of the best of them—no sports knowledge required.

Applebee’s

Through Friday, March 21, Applebee’s is offering 50-cent boneless wings to go. Choose from one of six special sauces—Classic Buffalo, Honey BBQ, Sweet Asian Chile, Garlic Parmesan, Extra Hot Buffalo, or Hot Honey Glaze—served with a side of bleu cheese or buttermilk ranch dressing. Orders can be placed online or via the restaurant’s app.

Arby’s

Arby’s is paying tribute to the NCAA underdogs: through Monday, March 24, the meat-loving fast-food chain is giving away a free sandwich with any purchase of $15 the day after any unexpected game upset. The Upset Alert deal is available via online or app orders only.

Auntie Anne’s

“Basketball is better with pretzels.” At least that’s Auntie Anne’s mantra. And to nudge you over to their way of thinking, they’re offering rewards members free delivery on all purchases of $12 or more when the order is placed online or via their app. The deal is good through Monday, March 24. Keep the hoops theme going with one of their Basketball Buckets.

Dave & Buster’s

If you want to play games while watching a game, head to Dave & Buster’s, where you can dine on 20 wings for $20 and wash them all down with $5 draft beer specials (surrounded by 30+ TVs featuring all the March Madness action, plus hundreds of games). Just be sure to time your visit correctly: the deal is only good on Thursday, March 20; Friday, March 21; and Monday, April 7.

City Barbeque

BBQ fans in the Midwest and Southern states can enjoy free delivery from City Barbecue—“Where the Smokers Never Turn Off”—between Thursday, March 27 and Monday, April 7 by using the promo code “SWISH” with online orders.

Dog Haus

Gourmet hot dog and sausage shop Dog Haus is offering all-day happy hour specials on game days throughout March Madness at all of its 50+ nationwide locations, from New York to California.

The Greene Turtle

The Greene Turtle, a sports bar with nearly 50 locations on the east coast, is serving up discounted beer buckets and cocktails through Monday, April 7. And so that you’ll make it a regular thing, they’ll throw in $5 worth of “Turtle Bucks” to spend on your next visit.

Grubhub

If you’d prefer to scream at your television from the comfort of your living room, Grubhub is partnering with a handful of restaurants to offer special March Madness deals. Including: a free Wendy’s Baconator with orders of $20 or during the final rounds; a free Popeyes chicken sandwich with orders of $15 or more during the Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight rounds; and a buy one get one free deal on some of Jimmy John’s most popular items with orders of $20 or more during the Final Four and Championship games.

Insomnia Cookies

March Madness isn’t just about pizza and wings. Insomnia Cookies is running a Cookie Madness deal where you can score a “Sweet 16” pack of cookies for the price of 12.

KFC

KFC loves to go over-the-top with its meals, and its Dunk It Bucket is no exception. For $7, you’ll get a bucket full of chicken tenders, fries, mashed potato poppers, and your choice of sauce. A Double Dunk It includes more than twice as much food, plus four biscuits, for $25.

Outback Steakhouse
