Rob Gronkowski, who is one of the New Year’s Eve 2025 co-hosts, does not have a wife but does have a longtime girlfriend.
In fact, Gronkowski met his girlfriend Camille Kostek when she was an NFL cheerleader. On December 31, 2025, Gronkowski is helping co-host New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. That has many fans wondering about the former professional football tight end’s dating and relationship history.

According to People, Gronkowski met Kostek, who is also a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, “when he was a tight end and she was a cheerleader for the New England Patriots.”
They first became acquainted at an off-field charity event in 2013, the publication reported.
“He ripped off his ‘Hi My name is Rob Gronkowski’ sticker on his T-shirt. He had written on the back of it his phone number,” Kostek told SiriusXM’s This Is Happening with Mark Zito and Ryan Sampson. “I was a rookie. I was like, ‘Oh no, no, no, I can’t take this. I can’t take his number.’ And then [his teammate] was like, ‘Just take it,’ and I was like, ‘Okay,’ and I put it in my pocket. And I never spoke about it again.”
“Camille and I met during Thanksgiving week. Therefore, I am very thankful for the charity event we met at,” Gronkowski told People.
Camille Kostek Has Said She Felt Judged Because She Isn’t Rob Gronkowski’s Wife

Kostek has opened up about feeling judged by NFL girlfriends because, despite their lengthy relationship, she is still not Gronkowski’s wife.
“I felt like I was seen as a lesser-than girlfriend because I didn’t have a ring on my finger,” she said on Kristin Cavallari’s Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, according to The New York Post.
“But you want to know what’s so interesting about that? The woman that’s coming to mind [who] judged me the most, she’s divorced,” she added.
“Rob and I met when I was 21 years old, and we’ve been in each other’s lives for 10 years,” she said, according to The Post.
“First breakup was in 2017, but I think that some of the best things that changed the trajectory of my life came from this (expletive) breakup that broke me but also allowed me to get in the zone. I didn’t care about dating. I felt like I was asexual,” she added.

Kostek has 1 million followers on her Instagram page. She frequently posts glamour photos of herself on the page, but she posted a photo showing her with Gronkowski as recently as November 2025, writing, “Patriot for life.”
In May, she shared a photo showing her with Gronkowski on a boat enjoying the summer. “I love doing life with you ❤️ happy birthday my love @gronk,” she wrote.
Kostek spoke to People about how she and Gronkowski make their relationship work. “I think that’s the beauty of it,” she tells PEOPLE exclusively. “Rob’s been busy running around. He just met me here [in New York City]. He flew in today from L.A. and we spent the day doing some stuff honoring the families of 9/11,’ she said.
