4. Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble ‘OG’ Photon Dust/Sapphire

The most color you get without leaving the $190 tier. The upper keeps the traditional greyscale gradient the 95 is known for, then runs Sapphire, Dark Raisin and Purple Dynasty through the accents so the shoe reads differently depending on the light. Named after the Japanese convenience store chain, and not an official collaboration with it. Blue Sapphire covers the side panels with grey suede on the toe and tongue, and the wavy stripes hide red on their back edges that only peeks out at the top of each layer. It launched through atmos in Japan before the wider release, which is part of why it still reads like an import.

7. Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble Premium ‘Greedy’

Four archive colorways spliced into one shoe, two on the lateral side and two on the medial, a concept Nike introduced in 2015 for the model’s 20th anniversary. Black, Volt and White carry this version, which landed September 8 and is the newest pair on the list. Check the style code before you buy, because a second Greedy in turquoise and Solar Red is also circulating this year and it is not the same shoe.
