Netflix’s official website has published an article about the soon-to-premiere second season of The Four Seasons. It notes that all eight episodes of the show’s second season will become available to stream on Netflix as of May 28. That marks the first time the series will return since its first season became a substantial hit for the streaming service.

The first season of The Four Seasons originally premiered on Netflix on May 1, 2025, and quickly became a major success. As the company’s article about the series’ return details, the first season spent two weeks at the top of Netflix’s English TV list and garnered more than 24.4 million views over that time.

The show’s star-studded cast likely played a major role in that since it includes Tina Fey and Will Forte from Saturday Night Live. The Four Seasons is also headlined by one of the most charismatic and talented actors in the world, Colman Domingo. Its other stars include Kerri Kenney, Marco Calvani, and Erika Henningsen. The first season also featured Steve Carell from The Office, but his character exited during the final episode, leaving virtually no chance he will be back.

What Fans Should Expect From Season 2 of ‘The Four Seasons’

The Four Seasons is a Netflix Original series that focuses on a trio of couples who have vacationed together once annually for many years. When one of the couples breaks up, and the husband marries a much younger woman, their once reliable dynamic is suddenly shaken up.

Without spoiling the end of the first season of The Four Seasons, the core group of friends has gone through a lot since viewers saw them last. According to Netflix’s report on the upcoming season, the group still decides to keep the vacation tradition going despite the chaos. The show’s star and co-creator, Tina Fey, remarked that the new episodes will show the characters trying to figure out how to come together after everything that happened. “They have to learn to re-form as a group in a different configuration.”
